Oil Record Book entries: Machinery space operations (Part 1)

UK P&I Club က Oil Record Book entries: Machinery space operations (Part 1) အတြက္ Technical Bulletin ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ၂၀၁၁ ထဲက ျဖန္႔ခ်ီထားတာျဖစ္ေပမဲ့ မသိေသးတဲ့သူေတြအတြက္ တင္ေပးတာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ 

 

သတိျပဳစရာေလးေတြကေတာ့

(၁) Manual collection of oil residue (Code “C”, item “11.4”) ေရးသြင္းျခင္းကို နမူနာယူရန္

(၂) Internal transfer (Draining of water from oil residue) (Code “C”, item “12.2”) ေရးသြင္းျခင္းကို နမူနာယူရန္

(၃) Methods of disposal of oil residue (Code “C”, item “12.4” Other Method) မွာ Evaporation of water from sludge ေရးသြင္းျခင္းကို နမူနာယူ၍ ORB တြင္ ေရးသားရန္

(၄) Disposal of bilge water overboard via 15ppm equipment က Code “D”, item 14 တြင္ အၾကံျပဳခ်င္သည္မွာ OWS တြင္ Historical Record ပါရွိပါက ၎ Record မွ GMT အခ်ိန္ကိုၾကည့္၍ Oil Record တြင္ ျဖည့္သင့္ပါသည္။ Local time ျဖည့္လွ်င္လည္းရပါသည္။ သို႔ေသာ္ Local Time ႏွင့္ Record မွ အခ်ိန္တို႔ အနည္းငယ္ကြဲလြဲမႈ ျဖစ္တတ္သျဖင့္ Historical Record ကို ၾကည့္ျပီး ORB တြင္ GMT အခ်ိန္ကို ျဖည့္ျခင္းသည္ အေကာင္းဆံုးျဖစ္ပါသည္။ Historical Record မရွိပါက Local Time ကိုသာ ျဖည့္ပါ။

ဥပမာ၊ Start: GMT 0800 hr, Stop: GMT 1130hr

(၅) Optional sealing & breaking of seal of MARPOL Annex 1 related valve and/or equipment ကို Code “I” ႏွင့္ေရးသားျခင္း၊

(၆) Testing of 15ppm alram ကို Code “I” ႏွင့္ ေရးသားျခင္း၊

(၇) Cleaning of 15ppm bilge separator unit ကို Code “I” ႏွင့္ ေရးသားျခင္း၊

(၈) Voluntary weekly declaration of bilge tank retention quantity ကို Code “I” ႏွင့္ ေရးသားျခင္း၊

(၉) Bunkering of fuel or bulk lubricating oil (Code “H”, item “26.2”) တြင္ Date ကိုပါထည့္သြင္းေရးသားသင့္ပါသည္။

ဥပမာ၊ Start: 30-Jan-2011/400hr; Stop: 30-Jan-2011/1300hr

(၁၀) Bulk lubricating oil ၏ quantity ကို ေရးသားရာတြင္ liter ႏွင့္ မဟုတ္ပဲ tons (MT) ႏွင့္ ေရးသားရမည္။

(၁၁) Grade တခုစီ အတြက္ သီးျခား entries ျပဳလုပ္ရမည္ျဖစ္ျပီး drum မ်ားျဖင့္ supply လုပ္ေသာ lubricating oil မ်ားကို ျဖည့္သြင္းရန္ မလိုပါ။

အထက္ပါ Bulletin တြင္ မပါဝင္ပဲ IMO က ထုတ္ေဝေသာ Guidence (MEPC.1/Circ.736/Rev.2) တြင္ ပါဝင္ေသာ Oil filtering equipment’s failure ျဖစ္ပါက Code “F” နဲ႔ ေရးသားျခင္း၊ Accidental Poilution ျဖစ္ပါက Code “G” နဲ႔ ေရးသားျခင္း၊ Cargo hold bilge holding tank မွ Bilge water ကို Tank listed under item 3.3 (oil residue tank) သို႔ pumping လုပ္ပါက Code “I” နဲ႔ ေရးသားျခင္း၊ ရက္ေက်ာ္သြားျပီးမွ Code “I” ႏွင့္ ျပန္လည္ေရးသားျခင္းတို႔ကို နမူနာ ယူ၍ ေရးသားႏိုင္ပါသည္။
